Using Scheduler, Club Admins can create recurring classes without having to enter each class individually. 

Changes can easily be made to one class or the whole series.

To create a recurring class:

  1. Log into your account at
  2. Click on the CLUB ADMIN tab and select SCHEDULER from the menu.
  3. Select your club location from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on the ADD SESSION button.
  5. Select the day that the class will occur from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click on the weeks you want your class to occur. You can select multiple weeks.
  7. Fill in the class instructor and session name.
  8. Click on the SAVE button.

To update a single class or the whole series:

  1. Click on the class you want to update.
  2. Click on the THIS SESSION button to change one class or the RECURRENCE button to change the whole series.
  3. Make the change needed.
  4. Click on the UPDATE button.

To delete one class or the whole series:

  1. Click on the class you want to delete.
  2. Click on the X button and select DELETE SINGLE or DELETE GROUP.
